He has inherited his family’s empire. Now he’s about to inherit its greatest secret.
Reeling from the deaths of his aunt and mother, Winston Clarke awakens at Bucks Peak surrounded by a family in turmoil—and a responsibility he never expected to carry.
Then he meets Tu.
Hidden from the world for generations, Tu is unlike anyone Winston has ever known.
Except Winston has known him.
Years ago, the two shared a relationship Winston can no longer remember, because at eighteen, Winston made an extraordinary request: he asked Tu to erase every memory of him.
Now those memories are returning.
And with them comes the truth about Tu, Winston’s family, and a part of Winston himself he willingly left behind.
But recovering the past means confronting the person he once was—and the choice that made him want to forget it all.
What happens when the secret you’ve forgotten remembers everything about you?
